Every case, document, image and solution on this site is a copyrighted work of fiction. Premium or a case PDF gives you a personal, non-transferable license to play the cases online (Premium) and to download and print the PDFs for your own use and for people playing with you. You may not resell, redistribute, upload elsewhere or publish the files or the solutions. Any resemblance to real persons or events is coincidental.
Prices are in US dollars and are charged by card through Stripe; we never see your card details. Premium (all cases) is a subscription of $19.99 a week, $39.99 a month or $69.99 a year, charged today and again at the start of each new week, month or year until you cancel. It includes every case online. PDFs are not included and are sold separately. A case PDF is a one-time payment of $14.99 for one case's printable PDF and its solution PDF, with no time limit on downloads; it does not include online play. Single cases bought before 17 October 2026 keep the access they were sold with.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Stripe receipt email ("Manage subscription") or by writing to benseto65@gmail.com. Canceling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. No further charges are made after cancellation.
Because a case cannot be "un-read", and subject to the right of withdrawal below, we do not normally refund a case or a plan after the file has been opened or a PDF has been downloaded. If you bought by mistake, were charged twice, or the case does not work on your device and we cannot fix it, write to benseto65@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. Renewals charged in error are refunded if you write within 14 days of the renewal date. Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe.
If you live in the EU or the UK you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For a case PDF, this right ends when the download is unlocked: at checkout you ask us to unlock it immediately and confirm that you understand you lose the right of withdrawal once it is unlocked. Without that confirmation the purchase cannot be completed.
For a subscription, you ask at checkout for access to start immediately. You can still withdraw within 14 days of the purchase by writing to benseto65@gmail.com; we then refund the price minus a proportionate amount for the days you had access. This does not reduce the refunds described above or any other rights you have under the law of your country.
A player who owns a case or has Premium may open a room and invite up to seven guests (three in the free case unless the host has Premium), who can play that case free for that room only. Voice chat is available in paid cases and in rooms whose host has Premium. Guests do not get PDF downloads. Rooms may be closed by us if they are used to share cases at scale.
You sign in with Google or an emailed link. Keep your email address current; it is how purchases are tied to you. We may suspend accounts that share files or abuse the service.
We may change prices or these terms; changes apply to new purchases and to renewals after 30 days' notice by email. The service is provided as is; our liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
